Introduction

WHO AFRO, BMGF, UNICEF and Bluesquare have been working together since April 2021 to improve data harmonization of polio outbreak responses. In order to gather the different data points available for outbreak response management (Google sheets, ODK forms, etc), Bluesquare has created a platform based on IASO, its flagship Digital Public Good software linking Data Collection to Geography. The polio outbreaks platform is available through this link: www.poliooutbreaks.com. This platform allows the data entry of key polio outbreak responses parameters (round dates, geographic scope, etc.) and acts as a bridge among existing data points. Based on these data, Bluesquare has developed dashboards dashboards allowing users to spot at a glance the key issues and react in a timely way.

This website will walk you through the different features available, and will be updated according to the latest evolutions of the platform.
